Ate in 25,000 worth bowl and life still felt the same but….

You know folks, as a perfectly normal mortal being; obsessions are immense. There was a time, I wanted to own a laptop, then the bike and then the car and then the iphone and then the list went on and still is going on, if not harder than even before. But hey, I don’t actually own them. Like I said, those are actually, my obsessions.

Am I normal? Hell yeah! Just because I don’t get to fiddle my hands on them, doesn’t make my desire any less for them. Just like there is an awful villain in every good movie, so there is in mine too. The MONEY!

Now wait a minute, how is it that I can never make enough of it, I mean the money, to earn my desires? It’s not like, I don’t work for it. Damn, I work straight eight hours a day and like always; it’s never just ENOUGH!    

Somebody said, perhaps one need to rob a bank or vandalize a Chorten in order to meet our entire obsessions meet its end. But…. Well there is a ‘BIG BUT’ here with this criminal master mind.   

Oh crap! I forgot. That’s not what I intended to write about. Anyway the point is; this whole intervention thing is inter-related with OBSESSION. So yesterday was kind of special for me. And it’s because I got to eat in one of the, Nu. 25,000 bowl. Did I say it right? Oh yes… I majestically had my meal it. So that was a good intervention, I suppose. 

Now how in world did I get these assets? Well I bought it. As simple as that. I mean who would gift me a 25,000 plate, in the first place?  But again, bought it didn’t sound correct.    

Well I did not pay it in currency actually, how could I? I traded it with my desktop. Yes! You heard it right amigos, I traded my desktop with a ZABSHI DHAPA.  

To tell you guys little bit about that 25,000-Zabshi Dhapa; we say it’s a jewel (norbu). It enshrines our home, if kept preciously. So that was my whole idea of business transaction. Well I know many would not oblige with my business idea. But hey, it’s my life, remember.

The whole point of writing is; umm..I know eating in a gold plated bowl wouldn’t change a thing in my life. But hey, life is too short so it’s all worth to celebrate LIFE once in a while. And sometimes it feels good to do something DIFFERENT.
